Originally from a small town in the north-east of England, Anne Robinson has lived in Spain for over 30 years. Anne is very actively involved in training teachers and educators, both online and in live workshops and conferences. She is an author of a highly successful series of books to help Young Learners not only learn English, but also to develop useful skills and to open their minds to the wider world and other cultures.
As well as writing, Anne is regularly invited to take part in educational consultations and projects and loves all the opportunities she has to share her tips and enthusiasm for teaching and learning. Carmen Sarabia nos dará pistas para entender cómo son los procesos de atención y de interacción del cerebro con el entorno. A través de la neurociencia podemos aprender a sacar el mayor partido a nuestras comunicaciones. Descubriremos cómo el cerebro decodifica la información que le llega del exterior a través de los órganos de los sentidos.
Carmen M Sarabia Cobo es profesora en el departamento de enfermería, en la universidad de Cantabria. Es doctora en psicología por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Es enfermera, psicóloga clínica y antropóloga. Coordinadora del grupo de investigación en Enfermería del Idival. Con una dilatada carrera especialmente en educación en abierto y divulgación científica, ha participado en el evento Pint of Science, TEDx Sardinero, La Noche Europea de los investigadores, finalista en las finales de Famelab España 2018 sobre monólogos científicos y fue la ganadora del galardón Open Education Educator Award for Excellence in 2017, otorgado por el Consorcio de Educación en Abierto como reconocimiento al docente internacional del año por su contribución de la educación en abierto.
